Mother Wound Assessment Session

This 45-minute one-on-one session offers a compassionate and supportive space to explore how your relationship with your mother or maternal figures may still be influencing your emotional life, boundaries, and self-worth. Through a trauma-informed approach that blends creative and somatic techniques, we’ll begin to uncover the roots of old patterns and tender places that may be asking for attention.

Change Mandala Workshop

Through the Mandala, a sacred symbol of wholeness, we’ll explore how change has shaped us and how we can move from uncertainty to clarity and empowerment.

Energy Leaks Mandala Workshop

This 2-hour workshop will explore the subtle energy systems in and around your body, where you'll be guided to create a personal mandala that reveals where your energy may be leaking, inviting insight, awareness, and renewal through intuitive art-making.
