Coaching Agreement, Release & Waiver

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you as you step into this coaching journey. My intention is to support your personal growth, healing, and well-being through creative, holistic, and compassionate approaches.
Please read the agreement below carefully. If anything feels unclear or you have questions, I encourage you to reach out before confirming your agreement. I want you to feel fully informed and supported as we begin.
Our Agreement
By checking the box, you (the “Client”) voluntarily agree to participate in coaching services with Mari Grande of Creative Healing Integration, Inc. (the “Coach/Facilitator”) based in New York, NY. Coaching sessions may take place via video conference or other virtual communication platforms.
This agreement outlines the terms, expectations, and mutual understandings that will guide our work together.
Scope of Coaching Services
Coaching with me may include creative and somatic practices such as art-making, guided imagery, energy work, breathwork, spiritual reflection, journaling, and mindfulness (collectively, the “Program Activities”). These tools are offered as options to support your personal exploration, not as medical or clinical interventions.
You are encouraged to participate only in activities that you feel physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually safe doing. Please communicate any limitations or concerns so I can make accommodations. Your safety and agency are always my priority.
Personal Responsibility and Voluntary Participation
You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after coaching. Coaching is not a quick fix or guaranteed solution—it’s a collaborative process. You take full ownership of your decisions and results, and you recognize that outcomes vary from person to person.
You are voluntarily engaging in the Program Activities with full awareness of any risks, and you assume responsibility for your participation.

- Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Religious Advice
While I am a licensed mental health professional, in this context I am serving as your coach, guide, and mentor—not a therapist, physician, legal advisor, or spiritual leader. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal or religious counsel. I encourage you to seek qualified professionals for support in those areas when needed.
- Emergencies & Safety
If you ever feel at risk of harming yourself or others, you agree to seek appropriate mental health or emergency support services immediately.
- Not Legal or Financial Advice.
You understand that the information shared in coaching sessions is not intended as a substitute for legal or financial advice from your own attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. While care has been taken in preparing the information provided to you, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising in any way. You are advised to consult with your tax consultant, accountant, or lawyer regarding any questions or concerns about your specific financial situation.
- Investment
You agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in this Program by choice and take full and sole responsibility for your life, business, well-being, and all decisions made before, during, and after your coaching experience.
Session Policies & Payments
- Payment
Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable. You will receive a digital receipt upon purchase. If a payment is missed, you will have a 3-day grace period to resolve the issue before access to the Coaching Package is paused or terminated, and you will remain responsible for any unused package payments.
- Consuming Sessions
Single sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase or risk being forfeited.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing me at mari@creativehealingintegration.com. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full if insufficient notice is given.
- Boundaries
Emails and phone calls over 10 minutes outside of scheduled sessions may be billed at your session rate. Please respect both our time and presence.
- Confidentiality
I deeply respect your privacy. Everything you share in coaching remains confidential, with the following exceptions:
(1) When disclosure is required by law,
(2) You have given me prior written permission,
(3) To my support team only when necessary and appropriate.
Otherwise, what you share is held with care and discretion.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All materials and content shared with you during coaching are the intellectual property of Creative Healing Integration, Inc. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or repurposed for commercial use without my written consent.
Liability & Legal Terms
- Limitation of Liability
You agree to hold harmless and release Mari Grande and Creative Healing Integration, Inc. from any liability for outcomes, decisions, or injuries (emotional, physical, financial, or otherwise) arising from your participation.
- Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
- Non-Disparagement
If conflict arises, both parties agree to resolve it respectfully and not to make harmful or critical public statements, including on social media.
Termination
Either of us may end the coaching relationship at any time with 3 days’ notice. If coaching is terminated, this agreement and its terms (including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, etc.) will continue to apply.
Final Notes
This agreement reflects the full understanding between us. It may only be modified in writing, signed by both parties. Your checking of the box below (or electronic signature) indicates that you have read and agree to all terms. You acknowledge that you’ve had the opportunity to ask questions and that you’re entering this agreement willingly.
