Are you curious about the MARI but not sure where to begin? Want to learn about its origins, its process, and earn CEs along the way?

If so, you are invited to join Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Clinical Social Worker Mari Grande for a 2-hour live workshop that explores what the MARI is, where it came from, how it is used clinically, and why mandala making remains one of the most powerful nonverbal tools in art therapy practice.

This is an introductory, experiential training designed to be accessible, engaging, and clinically meaningful, whether you are encountering the MARI for the first time or revisiting it with fresh eyes.

I'm Ready to Explore the MARI!

with Mari Grande

What to Expect

This 2-hour live workshop offers both teaching and direct experience. You will trace the history of the mandala from ancient traditions through Jung and into Joan Kellogg's development of the MARI.

You will explore the Great Round, its 13 stages, and what they reveal about psychological process, transition, and growth. You will examine how the MARI supports clinical awareness in art therapy practice. And you will engage in a supported mandala-making experience with guided reflection, so the method becomes something felt, not just understood.

The recording will be available for purchase if you are unable to attend live.
