This live online mandala making workshop takes place during a powerful moment of new beginnings. The energy of number one invites initiation, embodiment, and the courage to begin from center.

In this workshop, we will use mandala making inspired by the MARI Mandala Assessment Research Instrument as a way to reconnect with the body, explore inner sensations, and gently clarify what is ready to emerge. The focus is on embodiment, presence, and creative expression rather than analysis or performance.

This is a therapeutic art workshop designed for self development and personal exploration. No art experience is needed. All are welcome exactly as they are.
